Is it possible to check in after 11pm at night as I have a late flight?

Our reception is open from 8 am to 7:30pm but of course it will be possible to check-in even later with an entrance code we will give you in case of a late arrival.

Hi what is the nearest train station to reach the hotel? How far km is it by walk? Do you provide free shuttle? And is there any lift at the hotel?

The closest train station is Firenze Santa Maria Novella and it is 10-15 minutes walking distance to the hotel. If you have heavy luggage the best way is to get a taxi or we can arrange a private transfer on request for the price of 50 euros.

Excellent!
The staff at Oltrarno could not have been nicer. And the hotel's location was great--just across the Arno and away from the crowds. The design of the rooms and public areas also was great. We can't wait to stay there again or at one of the company's sister hotels. This is a gem of a hotel in a beautiful city.
